Cancellation

How to cancel a NAVIGAM transaction and information about refunds and cancellation fees under applicable law.

Last updated: 28 October 2026

NAVIGAM aims to provide a clear way to submit a cancellation notice. Actual cancellation rights are determined by the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, its regulations and other mandatory law.

When can a transaction be cancelled?

The right to cancel, the applicable deadline and the refund method depend on the type of transaction, how it was made, the service delivery date, the stage of performance and applicable law. Nothing on this page removes a consumer right that cannot be waived.

Cancellation fees

Where standard cancellation fees are legally permitted for a distance-selling transaction, NAVIGAM may charge up to 5% of the transaction price or ILS 100, whichever is lower. Where the cancellation is due to a defect, material non-conformity, failure to supply on time, or another circumstance in which the law prohibits such fees, the applicable legal rule will govern.

Personalized service already started

Some NAVIGAM services include personalized planning and content produced specifically for the user’s trip. If service performance has already started when a cancellation is requested, the request will be handled according to applicable law, the type of service and the stage reached.

How to submit a cancellation notice

A cancellation request may be submitted by email to mynavigam@gmail.com, by phone at 055-7760288, or by mail to Agamedia, Adi, Israel. It is helpful to include full name, the email used for the order, phone number and order/reference number if available.

Refunds

Where a refund is due, it will be processed according to applicable law and, where possible, through the relevant payment method. The date the credit appears may also depend on the payment provider or card issuer.

Cancelled travel — 180-day plan retention

If travel is cancelled for any reason before it begins, notify NAVIGAM using the contact details on this page and identify the order. Reasonable supporting evidence may be requested without restricting statutory cancellation methods or rights. The plan and unused service entitlement are retained for 180 days from receipt of the notice. During this period the same customer may request one reinstatement of the same trip and destination on new dates, without paying again for the service scope already purchased. Route and access updates require review and coordination; original supplier prices and availability are not guaranteed. A different destination, additional days or expanded services may cost extra, disclosed and approved in advance. Repeated notices do not restart the period. This service benefit is not an automatic refund and does not replace mandatory cancellation or refund rights or exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Cancel third-party bookings separately with suppliers. Retention does not extend the 24-hour Preview or guarantee continuous link access. The benefit does not extend an annual subscription or change its allowances.
